OGC Sensor Web Interface for Internet of Things Special Working Group (Now Sensor Web for IoT SWG)

In order to enable interoperability among Internet of Things devices, a new Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Technical Committee Standards Working Group is being formed. The new SWG is called the Sensor Web interface for the Internet of Things (SWE for IoT) Standards Working Group (SWG). The SWE for IoT SWG should be officially formed in June 2012 at the OGC Technical Committee meeting in Exeter, UK. Anyone who is interested and willing to contribute to such an exciting working group is very welcome to join the discussion. The SWE for IoT charter is available for review here.
