A new project funded by Microsoft Research

We are very excited that we got awarded a Microsoft Research (MSR) academic project. We will work together with MSR to improve the Sensor Web interoperability. In fact, we have more good news to be announced.^^   Stay tuned~~

First TrafficPulse User Workshop

Today we had our first TrafficPulse user workshop at the City of Calgary. We demonstrated our research results and software prototypes. And what's next?  We will start to recruit beta users soon!!  Please stay tuned!!

Sensor Web Browser demonstrated at OGC TC meeting at CSIRO in Sydney, Australia

Natural Resource Canada's Dr. Boyan demonstrated our Sensor Web Browser at the 2010 OGC December TC Meeting at CSIRO in Sydney, Australia. We worked with Dr. Boyan's team in OGC Ground Water Initiative Experiment (GWIE). According to Dr. Boyan, the demonstration went very well. Screen capture below shows our Sensor Web Browser accessing a NRCan OGC Sensor Observation Service server for the ground water well data in Ontario.
